Mizer Shelving is the manufacturer of Mizer Mobile Systems and the distributor of  both Tennsco L&T File Shelving and Estey Library Shelving. Based in Dickson, TN, we are a leader in the delivery of space and cost savings solutions. In conjunction with our sales division,  we can show your company how to reclaim up to 70% of your floor space by condensing stored items, such as files, binders and other materials into a high density storage system .

Surface Mount and Deck Systems
Every application is different. It is not always necessary or desirable to recommend a system that requires the manufacture and installation of a deck.  Sometimes a one-step installation using a well leveled surface track can be more efficient, less disruptive and save you money.

Lowest overall system height

Mizer's steel tube carriage construction boasts greater strength than conventional 'C' channel systems. Manufacturers using single wall channels require a minimum 4" height to provide 1,000 lb capacity. Mizer is designed to provide the same capacity at a reduced height. The advantage to you:

  • Shorter people can reach the top shelf easier.
  • May allow for an additional level of storage without infringing on sprinkler head fire code.

Reduce Component Wear
The Mizer Balanced Drive neutralizes the effect of micro-level twisting (yaw) ensuring carriages operate evenly.   Balanced Drive eliminates the uneven torque and stress to joints and components found with traditional mobile systems.

Eliminate expensive routine maintenance
Mizer mechanical operators have self-adjusting chain tighteners that eliminate expensive routine maintenance. Beware of requirements for "access panels" or "easily removed end panels" on your system.  This is to facilitate service calls required to tighten or adjust the chain(s) as they stretch with use.

Form and Functionality
Mizer end panels incorporate metal radius edged panel bars that:
  • Ensure operator safety when closing an aisle - no finger pinching.
  • Protect the finish of the shelving and the panel.
  • Creates a more durable system.
